TY - DATA T1 - Chemical-physical parameters, major, minor, stable and noble isotope composition (D/H,18O/16O and 3He/4He) and dissolved gases of groundwater from 12 wells and 3 springs of Lipari island (Aeolian arc, Italy). AU - Morici, Sabina AU - Italiano, Francesco AU - Caruso, Cinzia DO - 10.26022/IEDA/112058 UR - https://ecl.earthchem.org/view.php?id=2058 AB - Geochemical prospection has been a useful tool to understanding the fluid circulating processes over the volcanic island of Lipari. The geochemical results has highlighted the existence of reservoirs of thermal water. The thermal waters, collected at a temperature of 14-55°C, show a marine dominant component and a slight variable mixing with meteoric water. The geochemical features of the circulating fluids are driven by water-rock(WRI) and gas-water interaction (GWI) processes responsible for the chemical and isotopic composition of the waters and the dissolved gases, while the heat supplied to the geothermal reservoir comes from volcanic rocks. Records include:Chemical-physical parameters, major, minor, stable and noble isotope composition (D/H,18O/16O and 3He/4He) and dissolved gases of groundwater from 12 wells and 3 springs of Lipari island (Aeolian arc, Italy).
